 On
Saturday afternoon, we tackled the two new options
for reconfiguration which all Sisters had been sent in the mail
a month prior.
- A presentation by Sr. Connie Shoen (Oxford) reviewed and clarified
the options before our table discussions, where we offered recommendations
for refinement, and large group sharing.
- After our discussions, we participated in a large-group activity
designed to help us further in processing the options. We all were
asked to choose a card to indicate the option for which we felt personally
more supportive
 (or
to hold both cards or no cards). We then were to walk the room and
find another Sister -- preferably one we didn't know or didn't know
well -- indicating a position different from our own and to talk with
her about her views.
- After a hard day's work, we celebrated Eucharist
together and then a wonderful dinner.
