CCC and Leadership Meeting: June 2006
At this meeting, the CCC reviewed data from each congregation
and made a recommendation to Leadership that "canonical union" be the option for reconfiguration. The Leadership Teams of all congregations came together to discern about the recommendation, and in the ended accepted it. After the June Leadership meeting, this option was officially presented to the congregations for their discernment and decision-making.

Pre-Chapter Meetings: July 2006 – April 2007
During these months, congregations are meeting to consider the proposed structure for reconfiguration in preparation for decision-making at Chapter.

Congregational Chapters: April 2007
At Congregational Chapters scheduled during the month of April 2007, each congregation must decide whether or not it will be part of the proposed structure for reconfiguration of Cluster congregations.
