The Cluster Coordinating Committee (CCC) was established in June 2002 by the leadershiop teams of the three congregations that comprised the Cluster at that time. The CCC consisted of two representatives from each Cluster congregation (one member representative and one leadership respresentative) and was responsible for moving the Cluster process forward.

We will involve the members in a discernment process that includes a strategic plan with action steps and a timeline moving us toward a recommendation of alternative structures for the reconfiguration of Dominican Cluster congregations.

With its final task accomplished, the CCC dissolved in the summer of 2006. The Cluster Leadership teams have since appointed an executive committee to oversee the process through until the Chapter decisions about reconfiguration are made. Members of the Executive Committee of Cluster Leadership are: Srs. Anne Kilbride (Columbus), Therese Leckert (New Orleans St. Mary), Barbara Rapp (Kentucky), and Rene Weeks (Great Bend). – making a recommendation for reconfiguration to the Cluster Leadership teams, the CCC officially dissolved in June 2006. Most of the CCC subcommittees ended along with the CCC in June 2006. However, several subcommittees remained to complete specific tasks, and the Communications Subcommittee will remain operational until the Congregational Chapters of 2007. The Cluster Leadership created one new working subgroup, the Constitutions Committee, whose task is to create draft constitutions for the possible new congregation.

Ruby Cribbin has been the Committee's facilitator, Karen Clay is the Cluster Communicator, and Fr. Dan Ward, OSB, is a Canon Lawyer with whom the Committee consults. These individuals continue to work with Cluster Leadership, the ECCL, the Constitutions Committee, and the Communications Subcommittee.
